My Philosophy
Everything I do starts with two beliefs: anything is possible and life is a choice.
You have a dream, a vision, of the life you want to live, of the person you wish to be. Maybe you’ve forgotten what it was after many years of following other people’s rules and doing what they wish for you. Maybe you daydream about it all the time and tell yourself “I’m nuts. I can’t do that!” Or maybe you’re too scared to even stop and think about what that dream might be.

Every program is unique to the client so we start from wherever you are and approach these secrets at your own pace.
Start with a clear vision. You will learn to visualize the life you desire and begin to set clear, achievable goals, setting yourself up for success. And we will begin to uncover the limiting beliefs that keep you stuck.
You are what you eat. Yes, you’ve heard it a thousand times, but did you know it’s true? Every morsel that passes your lips creates the health, the body and even the life you have now. Learn how to make choices that will truly nourish you and give you the energy you crave, and have you look and feel your best.
You also are what you think. A lesser known secret, and very important. If you continue the negative self-talk you’re doing now you will remain stuck, stressed and frustrated. I’ll show you how to create positive affirmations, ask yourself empowering questions and make seeing the bright side of things a lifelong habit.
Express yourself and follow your passion. What did you want to be when you grew up? What is your soul calling you to do? I believe if everyone was in touch with their true passion, their life’s purpose, and made it a daily part of their lives either by profession or in smaller ways there would be more happiness, less struggle and far more freedom in the world. Take excellent care of yourself. It’s important to take time to indulge and pamper yourself. This will improve your relationship with your body and your self-esteem. Bottom line: giving yourself lots of love, including regular movement and rest is essential. I’ll also introduce you to new stress relief techniques.
Make room for your dreams. As you begin to think more clearly and feel more confident you will want it all. To make space to allow your dreams to come true, you must clean up and clear out. This includes clutter clearing, time management skills and balanced finances.
Consider the company you keep. Who you spend time with makes a large impact on your life. Cultivate relationships with positive people who are living awesome lives, like you. Learn to communicate effectively with your loved ones to improve those relationships. We’ll talk about all of this and how to find or foster a healthy, satisfying romantic partnership.
